What is Snoozy?
Snoozy is an app that helps parents create personalized AI-generated bedtime stories for their children. You enter a few details — your child's name, favorite themes, the kind of story you want — and Snoozy generates a calming story with narration.
Who is Snoozy for?
Snoozy is designed for parents, guardians, and adult caregivers. The stories are made for children to listen to, but the App itself is operated by an adult.
How do I cancel my subscription?
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find Snoozy and tap Cancel Subscription
How do I delete my account?
Open the App, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This removes your data from our systems within 30 days.
Can I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
Visit reportaproblem.apple.comA story didn't come out right — what should I do?
AI-generated content can occasionally surprise us. If a story isn't suitable, tap the report option in the app or email us at support@ascentlabs.in with the details, and we'll look into it.
How is my data used?
In short: we only collect what's needed to run the App, we don't sell data, and we never use story content for advertising.
